Primary Purpose:

Provide secretarial duties and assist the Assistant Superintendent of Human Talent and Directors of Human Talent with functions to ensure quality staffing and effective practices in Human Talent management.


Qualifications

Minimum Education/Certification

High School diploma or equivalent

Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Minimum Experience:

Three years secretarial/clerical experience, preferably in public education environment

 

Special Knowledge and Skills

Proficient computer skills in Word, Excel, Adobe PDF, Power Point

File maintenance skills

Ability to follow written instructions

Ability to operate multi-line phone system

Effective organization, communication, and interpersonal skills

Bilingual preferred
